Meet the Team
Mindy Park is Indigo Beam's Chief of Staff where she provides strategic guidance and advice to the CEO and senior leadership to help the institute accomplish its mission by building company culture and improving operations. After earning her Management Information Systems degree from Baylor University, Mindy spent the first 16 years of her career being in front of clients and traveling the world as Senior Sales Manager. After she left her sales role, she went into being a managing partner/owner in healthcare facilities in Houston for the last 9 years so she can stay local to focus on her family. When Mindy is not in the office or being a super mom to her kids, she enjoys getting on her Peloton or releasing some stress at her kickboxing class. Mindy has earned another title of being a "FOODIE" among all her friends and she works hard to secure and maintain this title by always finding new restaurants around Houston and around the country.
